We understand that puppies receive their vaccinations on varying schedules, and may not have all of the required vaccines when they first visit us. We take this into account when planning their care and socialization.
Puppies are not placed with all the other dogs. We carefully group dogs based on age, size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. Puppies are closely supervised and may have their own separate playgroups or quiet time as needed.
Yes, we will gladly administer medications to your dog while they are in our care. All medications must be in the original prescription container so that we will have detailed information about the medication. We do not administer injections. There will be an additional fee for administering medication.
Upon booking your appointment with us, we will request a deposit that will hold the reservation for your pup. This is due upon booking to guarantee your pup's reservation. If this is not paid, we cannot guarantee a space for your pup and their kennel space may be reassigned. The full amount of your deposit will be applied to your dog's stay.
Boarding is charged for every 24 hours that your pup is at Peace of Mind K9. For example: You drop your dog off with us for his boarding stay on Friday at 10 a.m. and return on Sunday at 4 p.m. You will be charged for 3 days of boarding - Day 1 - Friday to Saturday at 10 a.m., Day 2 Saturday to Sunday at 10 a.m., Day 3 Sunday at 10 a.m. to Sunday at 4 p.m. To avoid additional day charges, pick up time should be at the same time (or before) your drop off time on the day of pickup.
Yes, we proudly offer a military discount as a small thank-you for your service. Please contact us for details or to apply the discount to your booking.
